Please carefully read the following terms before submitting a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.

Refund requests must be clear and valid:

  • √ Before purchasing, we recommend requesting a trial account. We offer a trial so you can test the service, and if you are not satisfied, please refrain from purchasing a long-term subscription.

  • √ If your internet speed is insufficient, you will not be able to fully enjoy our BESTBUYIPTV services. Refund requests due to slow internet speed will not be accepted.

  • √ The BESTBUYIPTV support team is available 24/7. If, for any reason, you are unable to set up the IPTV service on your device, this does not qualify for a refund. Please consult the necessary tutorials for assistance in setting up IPTV.

  • √ If you made a mistake when selecting a service and completed the payment, please create a support ticket with the subject “Payment Error.” Our support team will review the request and, if valid, process the refund. A valid payment error would include selecting and paying for a different subscription length than intended (e.g., paying for a year when you meant to choose a 3-month service).

  • √ Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has been active for more than 7 days.
